How Vegshelf wholesale marketplace works for buyers
1. Register and get verified
Fill out the buyer registration form available on our website. After that - our team will go through the information and schedule an onboarding call with you. To ensure the trust and reliability within our user community, all users on Vegshelf marketplace are verified. Our task is to make it as fast as possible, however due to the high volume of applications we receive, it may take between max 2-3 days for retailer approval. After you’ve been accepted, you’ll receive a log in link.
2. Customize your store’s page
To finish setting up your store’s page, we suggest adding your business description and images that provide insight into your retail (physical or online) business. This step is optional, however recommended as it helps you to thoroughly present your business, build trustworthy and transparent relationships with brands and finally - for our brands to see where their product will be sold once you place an order.
3. Discover products and find what you’re looking for
Easily filter products by category, price, required delivery & storage temperature, country and other product specific values, or simply use a search bar to find exactly what you’re looking for. In addition, you can find the most recently added products in the “New brands” page, curated and updated weekly. Finally, you can create your own favourite products’ list - just click on the little heart icon of the product listing and it will be added to your “Favourites” page.
4. Place a wholesale order
It has never been easier to order wholesale from emerging food brands. Instead of managing transactions via e-mail, phone or creating several user-accounts in various platforms, you can order from one place in just a few clicks. Simply place your order by adding the product in the cart, fill out your delivery and payment details, and the order inquiry will be sent to the brand for fulfillment. All your order invoices will be available for print or download from your “Invoices” page, right after the brand has confirmed your order. Finally, you’ll receive all order status updates in your e-mail and in your “Orders” page.
5. Receive ordered products at your store or warehouse
You’ll see each order’s estimated delivery time when placing an order, and afterwards - in your “Orders” page. Generally, most of our supplier delivery times vary between 2-10 days. If you have any questions regarding delivery status, product storage or anything else, you can always contact brand directly via Vegshelf messaging tool and have all brand communications available in your “Messages” page. In case there is something wrong with the order, you have 72 hours from receiving the order to submit the claim by sending a message directly to the brand or - by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We advise that you try to reach an agreement with the brand (product replacement, discount, money-back) and inform us on the outcome.
6. Get additional exposure with Vegshelf
