Fermented Salvadoran-style white cabbage full of microbiotic life. The traditional Curtido comes originally from El Salvador and is a lightly fermented cabbage salad. Our interpretation skilfully balances the exotic note of green pepper and lime zest with the local sauerkraut flavour. A light starter kimchi with a great bite that goes well as a side dish with salads, flatbread, rice, vegetables and really - anything.
